·        Warranties; Limitation of Liability

All products sold by Personalized Automotive are sold with, to the extent that such warranties exist and are transferable, the manufacturer’s limited warranty. These warranties vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Warranties will be handled directly by the direct appropriate manufacturer. Please contact the appropriate manufacturer in regards to any questions or concerns pertaining to the specific product purchased.

·        Returns

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CONTACT US IN THE CIRCUMSTANCE OF ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR DETAILS. RETURN POLICIES MAY VARY BETWEEN PRODUCTS.

To ensure proper and timely credit, an MRA # (Merchandise Return Authorization) is required for all returns and exchanges.  Any returns without an MRA # will not get processed.  To obtain an MRA #, an email must be sent to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it with subject Return and Exchange. Each Return is subject to approval by Personalized Automotive.

The MRA # is effective for 60 days.  

The MRA number must be printed clearly on outside of the carton, and all products must be securely protected in double packaging. If the MRA number is not visible, the shipment may be refused. If shipping labels are placed on or MRA numbers written on the manufacturer’s boxes, the product will not be in resalable condition, and, in turn, will not be eligible for return. All original packaging and materials must be returned with the product.

§         All non-defective returns will be assessed a 15% restock fee and most be returned within 30 days of purchase in a PRE-PAID package and will only be accepted in resalable condition with all original packaging. Freight charges will not be refunded. IT IS THE POLICY OF PERSONALIED AUTOMOTIVE NOT TO ACCEPT PACKAGES BEING DELIVERED BY DHL.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  1. Special orders, closeout items and discontinued items.
  2. Items for which manufacturers will not accept returns.
  3. Items showing obvious signs of misuse, consumer abuse or commercial use.
  4. Merchandise classified by Personalized Automotive as TB (To Be Discontinued), or DC (Discontinued), may not be returned for credit.
  5. Merchandise on sales promotion or inventory packages may not be returned for credit.
